City of Warner Robins Hosts Georgia Reads Day with Mayor’s Literacy Legends

Warner Robins, Georgia - The City of Warner Robins invites the community to celebrate Georgia Reads Day with a special Mayor’s Literacy Legends event on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the InnoLab at the North Houston Road Sports Complex (900 North Houston Road).

This exciting evening will feature hands-on activities designed to engage students of all ages, from elementary through high school, in fun, innovative ways to experience the power of reading and storytelling.

Participants will enjoy a variety of interactive stations, including:

  • Story Builders Station – Create digital storytelling projects.

  • Makerspace Corner – Build and design with LEGO® and 3D printing.

  • AR/VR Story World – Step into immersive reading experiences.

  • Read the Room Podcast – Role-play and bring stories to life.

  • AI Story Generator – Co-create and illustrate unique stories.

  • Reading Rainbow Book Sway – Share your favorite book with others.

  • Drawing Lab – Explore AI-powered coloring creations.

The event is free and open to the public, encouraging families to come together to celebrate literacy, creativity, and imagination.
