  1. How do I file a complaint?

    Complaints can be filed in multiple ways. You can come by the office at 610B Watson Blvd., you can call the Code Enforcement hotline @ 478-302-5509 or you can email us at codeoffice@wrga.gov.

  2. Can I remain anonymous when filing a complaint?

    Yes, code enforcement complaints can be made anonymously. Additionally, Code Enforcement may need to follow up with the complainant if additional information is needed.

  3. What can I store outside my home?

    Only items designed to remain outside can be stored outside. I.E. Lawn furniture.

  4. How tall can my grass be?

    City of Warner Robins ordinance states that grass/weeds cannot exceed ten (10) inches in height in the front, sides, and rear of the property.

  5. There are too many vehicles parked at my neighbor’s house. Can you make them get rid of some of them?

    City of Warner Robins does not limit the number of vehicles one can own. However, any vehicle stored outside must be operable and have a current tag/registration displayed.

  6. My neighbor is burning trash or plastic, who do I call?

    You need to call 911 or 478-542-2000 to report the concern when it is happening.

  7. Can someone stay/live in an RV or Camper on private property or can I stay in a camper in my yard?

    No- no one may stay/live overnight in an RV or Camper.
