Warner Robins, Georgia – The City of Warner Robins will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of eight new townhomes on Airman Boulevard on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM. This development is aimed at providing workforce housing opportunities and supporting continued growth within the community. This project is made possible through a $1.5 million Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) 2024 grant awarded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The funding is part of a statewide effort to expand access to housing and support community growth.
