The public is advised that the hearing for a rezoning application for a 56.3-acre property located near the Jasmine Estates and Governors Estates neighborhoods has been deferred at the request of the applicant and will not be heard, discussed, or considered during the August 12, 2025, meeting of the City of Warner Robins Planning and Zoning Commission.
At this time, a new hearing date for this case has not been scheduled. When a new hearing date is set, the public will be notified by standard mailings and legal notice and signage will be posted on the subject properties.
