NOTICE OF CASE DEFERRAL
The public is advised that the hearings for two annexation and rezoning applications for property located at the intersection of Lake Joy Road and Duskmoore Drive have been deferred at the request of the applicant and will not be heard, discussed, or considered during the June 10, 2025, meeting of the City of Warner Robins Planning and Zoning Commission. At this time, a new hearing date for these cases has not been scheduled. When a new hearing date is set, the public will be notified by standard mailings and legal notice and signage will be posted on the subject properties.
DEFERRED CASE SPECIFICS
ANNEXATION/REZONING – Charles Randle requests the annexation and rezoning of property, including all rights-of-way, totaling 7.45 acres, located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Duskmoore Dr. and Lake Joy Rd., also known as tax parcel [000510 36B000]. The current zoning of the property is R-1[Single-Family Residential District] [County], and the proposed zoning upon annexation is R-3 [General Residential District] [City] for 5.51 acres on the west portion of the property and C-2[General Commercial District][City] for 1.94 acres on the east portion of the property.
ANNEXATION/REZONING – Charles Randle requests the annexation and rezoning of the property, including all rights-of-way, totaling 8.75 acres, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Duskmoore Dr. and Lake Joy Rd., also known as tax parcel [000510 36A000]. The current zoning of the property is R-1[Single Family Residential District] [County] and the proposed zoning upon annexation is R-3 [General Residential District] [City] for 6.82 acres on the west portion of property and C-3 [Concentrated Commercial District] [City], for 1.93 acres on the east portion of the property.
REZONING– Sujano LLC. requests the rezoning of property, totaling 8.2 acres, located at the north east corner of S Houston Lake Rd. and S Corder Rd., also known as tax parcel [0W0670 012000]. The present zoning is R-1 [Single Family Residential District], and the proposed zoning is C-2 [General Commercial District].
