The public is advised that the hearings for two annexation and rezoning applications for property located at the intersection of Lake Joy Road and Duskmoore Drive have been deferred at the request of the applicant and will not be heard, discussed, or considered during the May 13, 2025, meeting of the City of Warner Robins Planning and Zoning Commission.  At the request of the applicant, these cases will be placed on the agenda for the Commission’s next regular meeting to be held June 10, 2025.

ANNEXATION/REZONING – Charles Randle, requests the annexation and rezoning of the property, including all rights-of-way, totaling 7.45 acres, located at the south west corner of the intersection at Duskmoore Dr. and Lake Joy Rd., also known as tax parcel [000510 36B000]. The current zoning of the property is R-1 [Single Family Residential District] [County], and the proposed zoning upon annexation is R3 [General Residential District] [City] for 5.51 acres on the west portion of the property and C-2 [General Commercial District] [City], for 1.94 acres on the east portion of the property.

The current zoning of the property is R-1 [Single Family Residential District] [County], and the proposed zoning upon annexation is R3 [General Residential District] [City] for 6.82 acres on the west portion of property and C-3 [Concentrated Commercial District] [City], for 1.93 acres on the east portion of the property.
