Warner Robins, Georgia - Mayor Patrick is pleased to announce that she will be hosting walk-in meetings with constituents at City Hall on Wednesday, April 17, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The meetings will take place in the Mayor's Conference Room located upstairs.
This initiative aims to provide an accessible platform for residents to voice their concerns, share ideas, and engage directly with Mayor Patrick on matters of importance to the community. Each person will be allotted 10 minutes to discuss their issues with Mayor Patrick.
Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and times will not be assigned. Residents are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot. Mayor Patrick and her team will strive to accommodate as many constituents as possible during the designated timeframe.
Depending on the success of this event, the Mayor's Office hopes to make these walk-in meetings a regular occurrence, potentially scheduling them quarterly to ensure ongoing dialogue and interaction between the Mayor and the community.
