• Purchasing: Responsible for acquiring goods and services for the city in a cost-effective and timely manner. This department handles tasks like vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.

• Maintenance: Ensures the smooth functioning of the city's physical assets and infrastructure. This department manages preventive maintenance schedules, repairs facilities and equipment, and coordinates with vendors for major repairs.

• Customer Service: Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. This department focuses on providing excellent customer service experiences and resolving customer issues efficiently.

• Tax: Handles tax-related matters for the city, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns. This department may also manage tax payments and communicate with tax authorities.

• Information Technology: Manages the city's technological infrastructure, including hardware, software, network security, and user support.
