The City of Warner Robins is reminding residents and visitors to plan ahead for temporary traffic changes and parking arrangements during the International City Festival on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Perkins Field.

Warner Robins, Georgia - The City of Warner Robins is reminding residents and visitors to plan ahead for temporary traffic changes and parking arrangements during the International City Festival on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Perkins Field.

The festival will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will bring food vendors, artisans, cultural performers, and families to the area throughout the day.

Road Closures

Maple Street and Mulberry Street will be closed to through traffic during the festival.

Motorists traveling in the area are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time, and use alternate routes when possible.

Festival Parking

Parking will be available at the following locations:

  • Happy Hour Training Center

  • Warner Robins City Hall

  • Middle Georgia State University

  • Robins Financial Credit Union

  • Commercial Circle area

A parking map is available to help festival attendees locate available parking and plan their arrival.

Handicap Parking

Handicap-accessible parking will be available at 800 Watson Boulevard, the former Recreation Center location.

Attendees utilizing accessible parking are encouraged to display the appropriate handicap parking designation.

The City of Warner Robins encourages everyone attending the International City Festival to arrive early, follow posted traffic and parking signs, and be mindful of pedestrians and other festivalgoers.
