Warner Robins, Georgia - The City of Warner Robins is providing residents and property owners with information regarding the City’s proposed 2026 millage rate of 10.000 mills and the anticipated impact on property owners.

For the 2025 tax billing year, the City of Warner Robins millage rate was set at 8.953 mills. The proposed 2026 millage rate of 10.000 mills represents an increase of 1.047 mills over the 2025 rate.

The millage rate is one component used to calculate property taxes. An individual property owner’s tax bill may vary based on the assessed value of the property, applicable exemptions and changes in the property’s value.

$400,000

For example, based on these illustrations, a non-homesteaded property with a fair market value of $400,000 would see an estimated annual increase of $171.84 in City property taxes under the proposed 10.000-mill rate.

These examples are provided for informational purposes and are intended to illustrate the potential change in City property taxes. Individual tax bills may differ based on assessed property value, exemptions, changes in property value and other factors.
