WARNER ROBINS, GA — LaRhonda Patick, Mayor of Warner Robins, GA, has been appointed to the National League of Cities (NLC) 2026 Human Development Federal Advocacy Committee. Mayor Patrick was elected to a one-year term and will provide strategic direction and guidance for NLC’s federal advocacy agenda and policy priorities on workforce development, education, early childhood, public health care, mental health parity, immigration reform and more. The appointment was announced by NLC President Kevin Kramer, Councilmember of Louisville, Kentucky.
Mayor Patrick said, “I am honored to be appointed to the National League of Cities 2026 Human Development Federal Advocacy Committee and to represent Warner Robins in conversations that influence policy at the federal level. Serving on this committee creates an opportunity to ensure communities like ours have a voice in discussions surrounding workforce development, education, public health, early childhood initiatives, mental health, and other issues that directly impact our residents. As Warner Robins continues to grow, it is important that we remain engaged in national conversations and advocate for policies and resources that support strong neighborhoods, economic opportunity, and an enhanced quality of life for our community. I look forward to bringing the perspectives and priorities of Warner Robins to the table while learning from communities across the country.”
As a member of NLC’s Human Development Committee, Mayor Patrick will play a key role in shaping NLC’s policy positions and advocate on behalf of America’s cities, towns and villages before Congress, with the administration and at home in Warner Robins, GA.

The leadership of this year’s committee will consist of Chair Danielle Trumble, Mayor of Morgantown, West Virginia; Vice Chair Michael O’Connor, Mayor of Frederick, Maryland; and Vice Chair Berdetta Hodge, Councilmember of Tempe, Arizona.
