Warner Robins, Georgia - The City of Warner Robins is proud to announce Kelsey Norris as the Grand Marshal of the 2025 Warner Robins Christmas Parade. A nationally recognized athlete, dedicated community volunteer, and passionate disability rights advocate, Kelsey exemplifies the spirit of service, resilience, and joy that defines our community—especially during the holiday season.
A 2023 graduate of Veterans High School in Kathleen, Kelsey has earned numerous state, national, and international awards for both leadership and academic achievement. Her tireless advocacy for Georgia’s most vulnerable children and families has been recognized by the Governor of Georgia and the Georgia General Assembly, further cementing her as a powerful voice for positive change.
Kelsey is also the Global Special Olympics Messenger and one of the most highly decorated athletes in the history of Special Olympics Georgia. She has earned over 25 state-level medals across four sports—track, swimming, golf, and bowling. This past summer, she proudly represented Georgia at the 2025 North American Golf Championship, finishing first in the ladies senior division (ages 16–21). She is a former Georgia Female Athlete of the Year and continues to inspire athletes across the state and beyond.
The 2025 Warner Robins Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 6th at 10:00am along South Davis and Watson Blvd, bringing families, schools, businesses, and community partners together for one of the city’s most cherished holiday traditions.
