The Purchasing Department provides fair and equitable competition between the vendors and contractors by ensuring objectivity in awards to the most effective, efficient, and responsible bidder, protecting the integrity of the City of Warner Robins in all areas.

Purchasing strives to obtain the maximum value for every dollar spent in all acquisitions. We provide assistance to the various operating departments, with product and service information as well as rules and regulations relevant to procurement. This department also disposes of surplus property and materials through annual auctions.

Vendor Registration
